Requirements

  • Degree in Food Culinary/Food & Beverages or in related fields
  • 3-5 years experience in Food & Beverages management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Strong leadership, positive, self motivated and flexible

Responsibilities

  • Monitor outlets daily operation, sales and performance.
  • Meets restaurant financial objectives by maximizing profits and increased outlets revenue.
  •  Accomplishes restaurant human resources objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Achieves restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
  • Conducted briefing and meets all staff to discuss operational matters.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Food Culinary/Food & Beverages or in related fields
  • 3-5 years experience in Food & Beverages management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant;
  • Analyse and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability;
  • Organise marketing activities, such as promotional events.
  • Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales;
  • Create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development;
  • Set budgets or agree them with senior management;
  • Coordinate the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts;
  • Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff;
  • Respond to customer queries and complaints;
  • Meet and greet customers, organize table reservations.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety;
  • Check stock levels, order supplies and prepare cash drawers and petty cash.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any related technical skills (electrical/engineering etc)
  • Fresh grades are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferable male candidates.

Responsibilities

  • To maintain and supervise technical difficulties at any outlets assign.
  • To appoint, and assigned related contractors for any technical matters. (whenever needed).
  • To advise and forecast any technical related issues. For example to advise date expiry for technical equipment at each outlets.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Culinary related fields or Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
  • Able to cook for large quantity. (200 – 2000 pax of meals).

Responsibilities

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Stock inventory appropriately
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion

Requirements

  • Diploma in any field, Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia(STPM).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints regarding food service.
  • Train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service.
  • Assign duties, responsibilities, and work stations to employees in accordance with work requirements.
  • Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards.
  • Control inventories of food, equipment, and report shortages to designated personnel.
  • Recommend measures for improving work procedures and worker performance to increase service quality and enhance job safety.

Requirements

  • Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or related certificates.
  • Waiters and waitresses must be on their feet for long periods of time.
  • Professional and friendly
  • Team player.

Responsibilities

  • Great guests and make them feel comfortable.
  • Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests.
  • Take beverage and food orders.
  • Deliver beverages and food in a timely manner.
  • Work with other servers and be a team player
