Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Culinary/Food & Beverages or related fields
  • Between three to five years’ experience in Food & Beverages management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership, positive attitude, self motivated and flexible

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Monitoring outlets daily operation, sales and performance
  • Meeting the outlet’s  financial objectives by managing costs, maximizing profits and increasing outlets’ revenue
  • Accomplishing restaurant human resources objectives by 
  1. a) Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees 
  2. b) Communicating job expectations which include planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
  3. c) Planning and reviewing compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures
  • Achieving restaurant operational objectives by 
  1. a) Providing information and recommendations for strategic planning and reviewing
  2. b) Preparing and completing action plans
  3. c) Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
  4. d) Completing audits 
  5. e) Identifying trends, determining system improvements and implementing the necessary changes 
  6. f) Conducting briefings and meetings with staff to discuss operational matters

Job Requirements

 

  • Diploma in Food Culinary/Food & Beverages or in related fields
  • Between three to five years’ experience in Food & Beverages management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for the business performance of the outlet
  • Analysing and planning restaurant sales’ levels and profitability
  • Organising marketing activities such as promotional events
  • Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales
  • Creating and executing plans for department sales, profit and staff development
  • Setting budgets and getting prior approval from the senior management
  • Coordinating the operation of the outlet  
  • Recruiting, training, managing and motivating staff
  • Responding to customers’ queries and complaints
  • Meeting and greeting customers as well as managing table reservations without any glitches
  • Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety
  • Checking stocks’ inventory, orders’ supply as well as preparing cash drawers and petty cash

Job Requirements

 

  • Diploma or Bachelor;s Degree in any related technical skills (electrical / engineering)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Maintaining and supervising technical difficulties at any outlets on assignment 
  • Appointing and assigning to relevant contractors for any related technical matters. (when and if necessary)
  • Advising and forecasting on any technical related issues. For example: Advising expiry date for technical equipment at each outlets

Job Requirements

 

  • Diploma in Culinary related fields or a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) certificate
  • Able to cook for a large quantity of people (between 200 to 2000 pax)

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Setting up and stocking up stations with sufficient supplies
  • Working with the rest of the kitchen staff to cook items based on the menu’s items 
  • Stocking the inventory accurately in a timely manner 
  • Ensuring the food is well-cooked, according to the timeline and deliverables given

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Resolving customer complaints regarding food service
  • Training workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Observing and evaluating workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service
  • Assigning duties, responsibilities, and workstations to employees in accordance with work requirements
  • Inspecting supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to the required standard
  • Controlling inventories for food and equipment as well as reporting shortages to the relevant personnel
  • Recommending measures in improving work procedures and workers’ performance to increase service quality and enhance job safety

Job Requirements

 

  • Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or related certificates holder
  • Waiters and waitresses must be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time
  • Professional and friendly attitude
  • Team player
